Jennifer holds an MA in Organizational Leadership/Change Management from Gonzaga University and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration/Human Resources Management from Portland State University. She is recognized as a Society of Human Resources Management Senior Certified Professional, Agile project-management Scrum Master, and an IDF Certified Trauma-Informed Executive Coach. When not at work, Jennifer enjoys reading, gardening, hiking, equestrian activities, and spending time with her family, two horses, two dogs, and five chickens.
