Tom Litwicki serves as Chief Executive Officer for OPCS.  

Tom served the citizens of Arizona during his twenty year career with the Arizona Department of Corrections.  Since retiring from DOC, Tom has been assisting the homeless through leadership positions with OPCS over the last ten years.  He has a M.Ed. in Counseling and Human Relations, is a licensed substance abuse counselor, and a certified gambling counselor.  

When not working, Tom enjoys gardening, reading, home improvement projects, and spending quality time with his family.
