Philip PierceQuality Improvement Manager

Philip Piece is the quality improvement manager for OPCS and ensures data reporting efficiency across multiple electronic healthcare systems. He is committed to enhancing services and systems beyond OPCS and has served in various roles in the Tucson Pima Collaboration to End Homelessness (TPCH). Currently, Phil is a member of the TPCH Coordinated Entry Committee, working to improve access to essential services. Additionally, he sits on the local FEMA board, assisting with funding allocation for the Emergency Food and Shelter Program.

Phil is a graduate of Pima Community College with an associate degree in applied science. He is exploring opportunities to pursue a bachelor’s degree in data analytics. He has lived in Tucson since 1984, with a brief three-year stint in Charlotte, N.C., and served in the 162nd Arizona Air National Guard. Beyond his professional endeavors, Phil enjoys gardening, playing guitar, and volunteering within the community.
