Jeanie Pike is the Human Resources Manager for OPCS.  In her role as HR Manager, Jeanie oversees all personnel, recruitment, onboarding, training, performance monitoring, employee relations, and compensation and benefit management for the organization.

Jeanie has worked for OPCS since May 2008.  She is proud to be an OPCS Alumni and actively participates in community recovery activities.  She is a life-long Tucsonan, having raised both her children in Tucson.

In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her granddaughter Paytynn.  She also enjoys taking care of her two cats and three desert tortoises. When not working, Jeanie’s favorite vacation spot is a nice warm beach.
