Ashley Coulter joined the ranks of OPCS in early 2024 as our clinical director.  Ashley brings a wealth of experience in the social work field. She graduated from Northern Arizona University with bachelor’s degrees in sociology and psychology and earned a master’s degree in social work from the University of Kansas. She is currently a PhD candidate at Grand Canyon University in industrial/organizational psychology. Ashley’s social work career trajectory spans from addressing homelessness and emergency case management in Kansas to pivotal roles within Arizona’s community behavioral health landscape. She has served as an in-home therapist for children and families, as a clinical supervisor and director of an outpatient program that served over 1600 children, and was part of the senior leadership team at an inpatient behavioral health facility. She is dedicated to professional development, clinical excellence, and program enhancement, with a focus on improving efficiency.
