The last webinar of our Housing First series, will explore HOUSING FIRST as a strategy to end chronic homelessness in Pima County. Tucson’s recent response to preventing the spread of COVID-19 among the homeless population demonstrates it can be done! Joining our local panel is special guest Julia Orlando, Director of Bergen County Housing, Health and Human Services Center in Hackensack, New Jersey. Julia was instrumental in providing leadership that led to Bergen County becoming the first community in the nation to successfully reach functional zero for chronic homelessness in 2017.
