Helping People
Find Their Way Home

Low Barrier Bridge Housing serves homeless individuals and families that do not meet the requirements of traditional shelter. Unlike traditional mass shelter, we offer semi-private rooms within units that have a kitchen with refrigerator. Additionally, Residents have the ability to secure their own belongings and have access to an on-site laundry facility. Once in housing, we assist individuals with applying for entitlements and provide them with case management and assistance with obtaining permanent housing. They also have access to supportive services, including substance abuse counseling and employment coaching.  We employ a “housing first” approach, not requiring persons to be stable in their recovery from addictions or mental health conditions. Acceptance into this housing is prioritized by level of vulnerability.
