REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS

 CENTER FOR HOUSING FIRST – NORTH BUILDING RENOVATION PROJECT

Notice is hereby given that Old Pueblo Community Services, hereinafter referred to as “OPCS”, is conducting a competitive process to retain a construction Contractor to provide renovation services of the following:

1. One commercial building located at 2305 S. Park Ave, Tucson, AZ, 7,752 square feet, interior
2. Two parking lots
3. Built in 1984

OPCS invites interested offerors to submit proposals relating to these services as described above. An OPCS selection committee will evaluate the offerors’ proposals for responsiveness and responsibility. The offeror determined to be best qualified will then be invited to enter negotiations with OPCS for the contract.  Written questions regarding this Request for Proposals (RFP) must be sent to Bill Garay, OPCS’ Contract Representative, at BGaray@helptucson.org.  The construction and specification documents can be accessed at helptucson.org.

Proposals must be in a hard copy format and submitted in a sealed envelope. The sealed envelope should be labeled “RFP, 2305 S. Park Avenue Building”, and with the offeror’s name and address.  The labeling should be clearly indicated on the outside of the envelope. All submittals must be completed in ink or typewritten. Questions must be addressed to the Contract Representative. All submittals must be received by the due date specified herein. OPCS reserves the right to reject any or all submittals, or to withhold the award for any reason it may determine, and to waive or not to waive any informalities in any submittal. All information regarding the content of the specific submittals will remain confidential until a contract is finalized, or all submittals are rejected.
