Marc is deeply committed to fostering a vibrant and effective nonprofit sector in Tucson. Following a 20-year career spanning the military and corporate worlds, he has spent the past 15 years advancing nonprofit strategy and governance as both a paid and pro bono consultant.
He is the founder of 2Propel, LLC and formerly led the strategic advisory practice at Mission+ Strategy. For over a decade, Marc has been a dedicated board member and partner with Social Venture Partners in Tucson and Chicago.
Marc has guided nearly 40 nonprofit CEOs and Boards through strategic planning, mergers, operational improvements, and social enterprise development. He brings a methodical and mission-driven approach to every engagement.
He holds engineering degrees from the U.S. Naval Academy and MIT, a professional engineering license, and multiple certifications. Marc and his wife have three grown children and enjoy all that Tucson has to offer.
