Deja Foxx is a Gen Z Activist and a Digital Strategist with a decade of experience. She got her start as a grassroots organizer fighting for reproductive rights. She has gone on to lead influencer strategy for Kamala Harris and share her story on stage at the 2024 Democratic National Convention. In 2025, she ran for Congress in Arizona’s 7th Congressional District in a 104-day race that captured national attention. Forbes named Foxx to the 30 under 30 list in 2024, and she is the recipient of Planned Parenthood’s Catalyst for Change Award, a United Nations Global Impact Award, Gloria Steinem’s Woman of Vision Award, and a Global Citizen Prize. Deja knows firsthand what it means to experience housing instability. She brings to the board her lived experience and compassion for those we serve. In her free time, you’ll find her hiking trails in the desert or hosting friends in Barrio Viejo.
