Michael Melby serves as Operations Manager.  In that role, he is responsible for utilization of OPCS’s work order system, inventory, supplies and procurement, food delivery and pickups, fleet management and transportation, donation coordination for pickups and distribution and working together with community partners, building strong relationships to enhance the OPCS network.
